World's Lightest Gravel Groupset

Campagnolo oozes Italian delicacy. It’s decadent. For some cyclists, Campagnolo is a religion that is preached and lived out with Italian confidence and style.

This year, Campagnolo introduced their new innovative gravel-focused Ekar groupset, named by the local mountain top close to Campagnolo’s headquarters: Ekar.

Ekar is offering a 1x13 drivetrain with a full range of gear ratios, with a natural progression between the gears to secure a smooth transition, natural cadence, and pedaling flow.

Ekar is reliable, durable, fast, and least but not last: good looking!

Full carbon wheels

The bike is equipped with the beautiful looking Campagnolo Shamal full carbon wheelset weighing in at only 1585g. A performance wheel with unprecedented comfort.

The 21mm rim design allows the utmost versatility in tire use, from 25-30 mm for road riding to the wider tires for cyclo-cross and gravel use: starting from 32 mm and going up to the largest, 45/50 mm.

The 2-Way Fit profile allows both clincher and tubeless tires to be fitted. This makes Shamal the ideal wheel for both road riders and gravel grinders who use tubeless tires without abandoning the option of fitting an inner tube in case of major punctures.
