One of the World’s best Junior Teams on Argon 18 in 2021

When the road season 2021 kicks off, Team NPV Carl Ras Roskilde Junior will be better and faster riding than ever before. Argon 18 has just signed a new sponsorship deal with the Danish Junior Team, which has produced some of the brightest stars in Danish cycling.

Nurturing World and Olympic Champions

TEAM NPV Carl Ras Roskilde Junior is a world-class junior team with many extraordinary results during the 15 years the team has existed.

The team can state that the ambitions have been fully fulfilled counting former Elite Road World Champion: Mads Pedersen, World and Olympic champions on the track with Lasse Norman Hansen, Julius Johansen and Frederik Rodenberg, Junior Road World Champion Jacob Egholm, and Junior ITT World Champion Mikkel Bjerg. Plus, lots of Danish championships individually and as a team 9 times in a row. Just to point out some of the remarkable results.

The team is referred to as Denmark's absolute best junior team – and maybe the World’s best?

Gallium Pro Disc for the Young Guns

Team NPV Carl Ras Roskilde Junior will ride ou top model: Argon 18 Gallium Pro Disc. The bike will be equipped with electronic Shimano Ultegra gearing and DT Swiss carbon wheel set.

The team's riders have already visited Argon 18 Lab & Store in Lynge, north of Copenhagen in Denmark, to see the bike and try sizes.

Team Manager for Team NPV Carl Ras Roskilde Junior Thomas Wandahl is very happy with the new collaboration:

- We get a top bike that is extremely competitive and that will benefit the riders in all kinds of races. We are looking very much forward to trying out Argon 18 on our. All in all, the collaboration seems promising for our team, and it's cool to feel that we have a common passion - the team at Argon 18 loves cycling just like us, says Thomas Wandahl.

Argon 18 is a strong match for Team NPV Carl Ras Roskilde Junior, as both have a common focus on "high-performance". For the Canadian engineers, the focus has always been on the details of the technical solutions, which since its inception in 1999 have worked with a fierce focus on developing the bike of the future. This has resulted in bikes that are among the market's fastest and most aerodynamic - which has been particularly evident on the track, where the Danish national track team broke the world record on Argon 18 and became world champions in the 4km team pursuit race at the World Championships in Berlin 2020.

Argon 18 is looking forward to getting to know Team NPV Carl Ras Roskilde Junior better, and sales manager in Argon 18 Nordic, Thue Herager, looks forward to seeing the riders of the future on Argon 18:

- We strive to support the sport and help the riders of the future on the way to great results and therefore have a strong history of helping the local junior teams. We look forward to seeing the sport's probably best junior team at Argon 18 in 2021, says Thue Herager.
